Had to use the warranty on my Bertazzoni range after one of the parts quit working. Luckily it was covered, so that was a relief and I didnt have to pay for it myself.
The whole thing wasn’t awful or anything, just slower than I thought it would be. I had to call a couple times and then wait around for the service appointment, which got a little annoying.
Overall I’d give it 3 stars. Glad the warranty actually came through, but yeah, the timing and communication could def be better.

I ended up buying from bertazzoni.com after spending way too much time comparing a few other brands. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option I looked at, but once I factored in the design and how sturdy it seemed, I felt like the price made sense.
The delivery was fine, not especially quick, but nothing that caused a real problem. So far, the appliance has been working well and feels solid in everyday use. I did take off one star because I wish the installation info had been a little clearer, but overall I’m happy with what I paid...

This thing feels seriously well made. The doors have that heavy, satisfying feel, and the knobs are solid instead of flimsy, which I really appreciate. I’m not going full 5 stars because the delivery packaging showed up with a little scuff, which was mildly tragic, but the appliance itself came through looking and feeling sturdy. Overall, it feels like it’s built to last.

My bertazzoni works well and it definitely looks nice in the kitchen, but the noise is kind of hard to describe, it’s not terrible, just more noticeable than I thought it would be. In a quiet kitchen, it can get a little annoying sometimes

We bought our bertazzoni range a few months ago, i’ve been meaning to write this sooner but kept telling myself I needed to use it more first. So far, it just feels really well made. The knobs are sturdy, the oven heats evenly, and the finish still looks great even though I’m not always the best about wiping things down right away. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but compared to our last range, the quality feels noticeably better...

It’s been simple to keep clean for the most part. From how easy the surface wipes down, I assumed the grates would be just as quick, but they do take a bit more scrubbing than I expected.

I reached out to Bertazzoni about a problem with my oven, and it took a few days before I heard back. The person who responded was friendly enough, nicer than some, but I still had to follow up to get a clear answer.
Everything did get taken care of eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just felt slower than it should’ve been, and the communication could’ve been a bit better.
